Melissa Fisher - Vice Principal
As Vice Principal, Melissa is our Pastoral Development and Wellbeing lead practitioner. She is our Rights Respecting Schools Coordinator, Anti-Bullying Champion and models best practice to ensure children with attachment difficulties are supported appropriately across the academy. Melissa is a fully trained and experienced mental health champion. She is the academy placement officer & SENCO and she leads on PSHE and Key Stage 4 Photography.
Melissa offers pastoral support to young people on a daily basis, liaises with students, families and lead professionals to support individual students with mental health difficulties and supports students with their transition to and from Abbey Hill.
