Abbey Hill Academy is a specialist secondary school for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
All our children have an Education, Health and Care Plan. Our young people have complex and additional needs that require specialist knowledge and a personalised approach.
We have a dedicated team of specialist teaching and support staff. We also have in-house Educational Psychology, Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Therapy.
We are supported by local health professionals that include physiotherapy, mental health specialists, the visual and hearing impairment services and paediatrics.
